ROCKLAND — The Rockland Select Board approved three one-day liquor licenses for March events, two unanimously and one with Chair O'Loughlin abstaining. Town Administrator Doug Lapp reported that the Governor signed the updated Town Charter into law and that Health Agent Delshaune Flipp announced her retirement after approximately 21 years. Member Steven G.

O'Donnell, Jr. was unanimously appointed Select Board Liaison to the Housing Production Plan Committee. The board postponed advancing a proposed Problem Properties bylaw pending public outreach meetings.
