Rockland Select Board keeps Michael O'Loughlin as Chair and Lori Childs as Vice Chair in unanimous vote. The board unanimously authorized the Sewer Superintendent to file applications for MassDEP and Clean Water Trust grant and loan assistance for wastewater treatment plant upgrades, including secondary treatment and electrical improvements, and approved a National Grid easement for a new utility pole at the Bicentennial Track. Town Administrator Doug Lapp announced the town has closed on the Camp Allison property and reported a slight increase in net state aid with no budget adjustments required.
