Zoning Board reorganizes; 320 Concord Street site plan changes approved.

Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of June 16, 2026

Rockland Zoning Board reorganizes and approves site plan modifications. Chair Robert C. Rosa III was re-elected in a 4-1 vote, with Stephen Galley dissenting, while Robert Baker, Sr. was unanimously re-elected Vice Chair and Galley was unanimously appointed Clerk.

In substantive business, the Board voted 4-1 to determine that proposed utility repositioning modifications at 320 Concord Street are not substantial, meaning the 2022 Comprehensive Permit Site Development Plan changes align with peer reviewer Pat Brennan's recommendations and are approved. The Board unanimously authorized payment of a June 1, 2026 PGB Engineering invoice for plan review services on the project.
