Rockland Zoning Board approves license upgrade for Space Bistro restaurant. The Board unanimously granted applicant Ezequiel Batista Lacerda's request to amend the Special Permit at 323 Union Street from Beer and Wine to All Alcohol for on-premises consumption; Town Planner Allyson Quinn reported no compliance issues with the establishment. In related action, the Board invited property owner William Barry of 167 Union Street to attend the February 3 meeting to address non-compliance with his Special Permit conditions granted in April 2023, and accepted the withdrawal of an appeal from CM Futures, LLC regarding 189 Greenwood Street without prejudice following the Building Commissioner's rescission of his September 2025 determination.
