Rockland Sewer Commission unanimously approves four accessory dwelling unit connections exceeding the town moratorium threshold. Chair Michael Mullen oversaw approval of sewer tie-ins at 49 John Burke Drive, 249 Pond Street, 74 Rice Avenue, and 508 Webster Street, all conditional on fees and adherence to staff reports dated May 18, 2026.
