Five Priced Sales Range From $300 To $620 In Rockland Deed Filings
Plymouth County recorded nine property transfers in Rockland from Aug. 21 to Sept. 19. Five carried sale prices, ranging from $300 to $620 with a median of $545; four remain price not yet available, typical for recently filed deeds. The top recorded sale was 57 Marks St at $620 on Aug. 27, followed by 136 Pond St at $600 the same day. Four of the nine transfers were within families or into trusts, and one buyer, at 26 Rice Ave, was a limited liability company. No street recorded more than one sale, so pricing data was the clearest pattern in this period's filings.
