Nine Rockland Property Transfers Recorded From Mid-July Through Mid-August, Four With Disclosed Prices
Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show nine Rockland property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15. Only four listed a sale price, ranging from $536 to $900, with a median of $681 among those disclosed. The top disclosed sale was 5 Satucket Rd. at $900, sold by Alex David Conlay and Robin Rose Conley to Michael Wells and Talita Cannizzaro Wells. Three transfers were same-owner trust transfers (Howard Street, North Avenue, Everett Street), and two others involved entities, including a transfer to Storage Fund V LLC. With most transfers carrying no price data, the period's market tone cannot be characterized as strong or weak based on this dataset alone.
