Rockland Sees 12 Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Rockland recorded 12 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three disclosed a sale price to the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds. Disclosed prices ranged from $585 to $830, with a median of $720. The period's top disclosed sale was 575 Salem St. at $830, sold by Jeremy A. and Danielle J. Russell to Matthew Morse and Kelsey Tonry. Six of the 12 transfers appear to be trust or family transfers, a pattern common in deed data. With price data limited to a quarter of recorded transactions, the data does not support broader conclusions about market tone this period.
