Rockland Sales Span $155,000 to $715,000 as Registry Prices Trickle In
Rockland recorded seven property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. Four sales included a price so far, ranging from $155,000 to $715,000, with a median of $625,000; three sales have no price yet in the registry's data. The period's top recorded sale was 115 Moncrief Rd. at $715,000 on Sept. 3. Three of the seven transfers, at 19 Stanton St., 28 Johnson Ter. and 28 Millbrook Dr., moved property within the same family rather than to a new buyer. With more than half of transfers still missing price data, the period's market activity remains only partially visible in current records.
