Rockland Sees Dozen Deed Transfers in Late July, Led by Custer Street Sale
Rockland recorded 12 property transfers from July 3 to Aug. 1, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds data, with nine of the 12 disclosing a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $150 to $790, with a median of $570. The period's top recorded sale was 49 Custer St. at $790, sold by Lamy Investments LLC to Rafaella Oliveira Viana. Market Street had two recorded sales. Three transfers, all without disclosed prices, involved matching grantor and grantee surnames consistent with trust or estate transfers. No square footage or bedroom/bathroom data was available for comparison this period.
