ROCKLAND — Community Preservation Act Committee allocates $11,000 for land survey and explores Hartsuff Park improvements. Committee members Thomas Reagan, Joe Reis, Thom Roache, Derek Ewell, and Charlie Williams unanimously approved the survey expenditure from administrative funds. Proposals for Hartsuff Park include parking, ADA compliance, bathhouse, septic, drainage, and pavilion work to be done in phases, with Derek Ewell recommending a design study.
The committee will refer the proposals to the State CPA Coalition to determine funding eligibility and plans to coordinate training with Norwell's CPA committee through the State Coalition office.
