Rent Control Board approves rent increases and eviction certificates.

Rockland Rent Control Board unanimously approves 2.8 percent rent increases. The Board, chaired by Patricia Dennehy and including members Janet Russell, Julie Snee, and Carolann Primavera, approved petitions from Hometown America Management, L.C.C. for both Live Oaks Village and Leisurewoods of Rockland Living Community at a May 28 virtual hearing. The Board found the increases complied with Consumer Price Index limits and other Rental Increase Conditions under the Town ordinance.

The Board also unanimously approved four Requests for Certificates of Eviction at 55 Fairview Street, 33 Crestview Street, 28 Balsam Street, and 10 Crabapple Circle, all in Rockland.
