ROCKLAND — Planning Board approves Webster Park nursing home addition with parking lot and parcel conditions. The board unanimously approved a 34,000-square-foot addition to the 56-82 Webster Street facility operated by Webster Park Property LLC and 82 Webster Street LLC, adding 12 beds for a total of 122, contingent on completion of a separate parking lot and consolidation of both parcels under single ownership before construction begins. Fire Department Deputy Chief Heaney requested an emergency response plan to address ambulance access; applicants agreed to draft one.
The board approved two engineering waivers related to stormwater management.
