Rockland Council on Aging approves June minutes and financial report. Chairman Andrew McCarthy convened the meeting, which included notice that Outreach Coordinator Effie is departing and that Kathy O'Neil from Old Colony Elder Services will attend meetings beginning in September. Open enrollment for fuel assistance begins in October.
Council member Julie Burke developed an inclusivity flyer to welcome new members, and the board discussed increased carpooling to events.
