Rockland deed activity splits between four sales and six nominal-consideration transfers in September

Plymouth County deed records show 10 property transfers in Rockland between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only four carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $283,000 to $500,000 with a median of $459,500.

Plymouth County deed records show 10 property transfers in Rockland between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only four carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $283,000 to $500,000 with a median of $459,500. The remaining six were nominal-consideration transfers, many involving the same names on both sides of the deed, such as trust conversions or family transfers. The top sale was 12 Linden St at $500,000, sold by the trustee of the Haliday Realty Trust to Dale D. Harvey. With just four confirmed sales, the period reflects a modest volume of arm's-length transactions in Rockland relative to the overall deed activity recorded.
