ROCKLAND — The Capital Planning Committee increased funding for two FY 2027 capital projects in unanimous votes. Vice Chair Lauren White moved to increase Camp Alice Carlton from $180,000 to $200,000 after the CPC voted to accept a $200,000 application; Bill Principe seconded the motion. White also moved to raise Sewer Department wastewater plant repairs from $100,000 to $400,000 to address a failing belt filter press; Linda Sternfelt seconded.

Both votes passed unanimously. The committee scored all FY 2027 capital requests and voted unanimously to review its scoring methodology at its first FY 2027 meeting, including how to consider grants and lawsuit funds as potential capital funding sources.
